The client is a leading specialist beverage company catering to domestic Indian consumers with an Omnichannel approach through Cafes, Retail, and online. The role of the online channel is to do market development and bring new customers to try out the brand’s products. Online sales were a significantly smaller channel and 1DS was brought in to grow the online sales opportunity (in a post COVID world) through the company’s website and Amazon
Our Approach
Our first priority has been to optimize the client website to aid first time users in ease of navigation and aid conversions. This involves redesigning the Product/Category pages and adding Conversion led features and omnichannel tool. Our approach was to build a strong top of funnel audience set and get customers from awareness to relevance to conviction. With a deep analytical understanding of audience demographics and psychographics, we optimized demand generation to ensure conversions at a lower cost. The campaigns are being managed using complex mathematical models to aid conversions
